These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Stashwell's website and your participation in Stashwell's programmes. By using our website or enrolling in a programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Stashwell

Stashwell is a financial education provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide general educational programmes, tools, and community resources for Malaysian adults in later life. Our registered address is No. 38, Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

2. Nature of Our Services

All content, sessions, materials, and community interactions provided by Stashwell are for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing Stashwell provides constitutes:

Participants are encouraged to seek qualified professional advice for matters requiring personalised professional guidance.

3. Enrolment and Payment

3.1 Enrolment

Enrolment in a Stashwell programme is confirmed upon receipt of full payment (or agreed first instalment, where applicable). Places are limited and not reserved until payment is received.

3.2 Fees

Programme fees are as published on our website at the time of enquiry. Fees include all printed materials, venue costs, and refreshments as described for each programme. All fees are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

3.3 Instalment arrangements

Instalment arrangements are available for the Later-Life Literacy Programme by prior agreement with our team. The full fee remains due regardless of session attendance.

4. Cancellations and Transfers

4.1 Cancellation by participant

If you need to cancel your enrolment:

You may transfer your enrolment to a future session of the same programme at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 7 days before the original start date. Transfers are subject to availability.

4.3 Cancellation by Stashwell

In the event that Stashwell cancels a session due to circumstances beyond our control, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants. Stashwell reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if their conduct is disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, workbooks, checklists, and content produced by Stashwell are the intellectual property of Stashwell. Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stashwell's liability to any participant is limited to the fees paid for the relevant programme. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in a programme or use of our materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties as to the completeness or currency of website content. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we do not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your enrolment is the version that applies to your participation.
